Watch what you eat and what you put on your body. Anything Dr. Brizman recommends, or produces, you know is good, but read the labels!
It seems as though every day it comes out that something else is harmful to your health, the latest being BPA in plastic. Also, simple bread has been criticized lately for all its unnecessary and potentially harmful ingredients.
Don’t be fooled by products described as “natural”, or “organic”, often they are not. By now you can find something truly natural for almost everything you put on your body or consume. You just need to do the research and, as I said above, read the labels.
I have suggestions for some products, so don’t be afraid to ask.
