I will tell you that you are really early days. This treatment goes quickly for some and much longer for others. You cannot compare yourself. And I will encourage you to stick with it. There is absolutely no alternative. This will work. But you have to to give it time. Again, it can be a long while, but slowly you will start to see results. You are getting die-off so you are going to feel worse. I am sure Dr. B. told you that. Hang in there. And again, go to Dr. B's site. You have to find your own path, i.e. what bothers you and what doesn't in that diet. It took me a long, long time, but I would not be where I am now if I hadn't followed this treatment, even given the time it took. I do think this disease is food-related, as indicated by the diet, but what bothers one person may not bother another. Wishing you health. I also know 3 other women who saw her for multiple years and followed the very strict diet and supplements and did not improve. I know a few other women who are doing much better after two to three years with her, but they still have to follow a very strict diet.
